Is there an official Edgerunners filter?
Not that we could find. We looked in October 2026 and found no effect, Lens or template published by CD PROJEKT RED, Studio TRIGGER or Netflix. What the apps do have are generic anime effects and generic cyberpunk colour effects, some made by the apps and some by their users. Effect libraries change every week, so one may appear later.

In-app anime effect vs full redraw
A camera effect and a redraw are different tools. A camera effect restyles the pixels it sees, live. It keeps your pose, your clothes and your room, and lays a style over them. A redraw starts again from a blank frame: a new drawing with a new outfit, a new place and a new camera angle, built around the face and hair in your photo.

If you want a quick anime face for a video call or a joke, the free in-app effect is the right tool. If you want to look like you were drawn into the show, it will not get you there.

How to use the images in each app
A set from Cyber Anime Filter is 4 PNG files with no watermark, in the format you chose: vertical 1024 × 1536, square 1024 × 1024 or wide 1536 × 1024 pixels.
One set, four posts. The sample photo behind this set is an AI-generated model, not a real person.
- TikTok. Pick vertical 9:16. Upload the four images as a photo post so viewers swipe through the set, with your original photo first if you want a before and after. Add a sound in the app.
- Instagram. Vertical 9:16 fills a story or a Reel. Square 1:1 suits a feed carousel and a profile picture.
- CapCut. Import the images as stills and cut them to music. If you would rather have movement than a slideshow, the optional 10-second video from Cyber Anime Filter is a silent MP4 that drops onto the same timeline.
- Snapchat. Save the images to your camera roll and send them from there like any other photo.
Each app has its own label for AI-generated content. Switch it on where the app asks for it. The images are fan art in the style of a show owned by others, so do not present them as official art.
