Last updated Oct 12, 2026. Your photo is an input to one render request. It is not raw material for our marketing or for model training. This policy explains what Cyber Anime Filter ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture your Google account provides. We never receive a password: sign-in is by Google or by a link sent to your email.
- The photo you upload.
- Your requests and images and videos. The style, format and quality you chose, the status of each render, the credits used and the finished video.
- Payment records. The pack, the amount and the payment status. Card details go to Waffo. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data. IP address and browser information, kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Messages you send us, such as support emails.
How your photo is processed
- When you start a render, your photo is sent to our AI model providers, which run the GPT Image model made by OpenAI and, for an image or video, the Seedance 2.0 model made by ByteDance, only to make your result. We pass the photo on and do not store it ourselves.
- Any temporary copy of the photo on our side is gone when the render finishes or fails, and in any case within 24 hours.
- Finished images and videos stay downloadable for 7 days. Download yours before then.
- We do not use your photos or images and videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
Provider copies and the limits of deletion
To make the result, our AI model providers receive your photo and hold the result for a time under their own retention rules. When we delete your files we also ask the providers to remove their copies where they offer a way to do so, but we cannot promise that every provider-held copy is erased at the same moment. If this matters to you, email us before uploading and we will tell you what currently applies.
How we use your data
- To run the service: sign you in, render your images and videos and manage your credits.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service, including refusing content that breaks the rules.
- To answer your questions.
Who we share data with
Only the providers needed to run the service, and only for that purpose:
- our AI model providers, which run the GPT Image and Seedance 2.0 models (your photo and the render request);
- Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the site);
- Google (Firebase Authentication, which signs you in with Google or with an emailed link);
- Waffo (payments);
- our email provider (receipts and support replies).
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our users, the public or the service.
Cookies and analytics
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to count visits and see which pages are used. We also keep our own measurement of how the site is used: a random visitor ID stored in your browser and in a first-party cookie, the pages you open and the steps you take in the generator and checkout, the site or campaign that brought you here, your device type, and your approximate location (country, region and city) as worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider. The IP address itself is not stored with these records. If you sign in or buy a pack, the visit is linked to your account so we can see which sources lead to sign-ups and purchases. The site sets no advertising cookies and builds no cross-site profiles. Images and videos on our pages are served from this site and load only after you press play.
How long we keep data

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to delete an image or video or your whole account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email support@cyberanimefilter.com from the address on your account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Content moderation and reports
Uploads and results pass through automated safety filters at our AI model providers. If someone reports an image or video, a person on our side reviews that image or video and the request behind it. Where the law requires, for example for child sexual abuse material, we report to the relevant authorities and keep the related records. The rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Children
Cyber Anime Filter is only for people aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data about a minor, we delete it.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, relying on the safeguards those providers offer.
Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
